[Dispatch] GATRRS ISSUES

The radio system continues to have intermittent trouble. The primary issue is incomplete radio transmissions or radio transmissions not being received at all. WCSD has been working through the night with Motorola and will continue to work until the issue is resolved.

Users should ensure all radio traffic is acknowledged.

On Scene, crews should be prepared to operate on Direct 16.  Command will need to communicate with Dispatch via cellphone if needed.

As I get more information I will update.
