What's Happening Tuesday March 22, 2022 3am-8am - Production Enterprise CAD System Maintenance
***Alternate Date Tuesday March 29, 2022 3am-8am***
CTECC Support will perform critical Inform System Maintenance.

How does this affect users?
*         At 03:00, CTECC Support will begin taking Inform interfaces offline. Shared interface services (ANI/ALI, RMS interfaces, Recall, Records Check, Driving Directions, Inform Browser, Remote Rostering, Unit Swap) should be considered unavailable beginning at 03:00 and for the duration of the maintenance window. We will coordinate taking agency-specific interfaces (Mobile, Locution, Paramount, Auto Dispatch) offline with the affected agencies beginning at 03:00.
*         At 03:30, CTECC support will take CAD offline for maintenance.
*         After the maintenance is complete, agencies may log back in to the Production Enterprise CAD System. Interfaces will be brought back online over the next hour as coordinated with the agency representatives for this event.
*         The rest of the maintenance window will be for system maintenance that does not affect system usability.

What's required of me?
*         Notify affected users
*         Implement your agency's scheduled CAD maintenance business continuity plan.
*         Identify a point of contact for your agency; include their telephone number.
