[Dispatch] First NET controller down, MDC's in City of Austin losing connectivity

Hello Everyone,

As of yesterday at approximately 0300, many MDCs in the City of Austin were losing connectivity.  This issue was determined to be an AT&T APN issue.  A solution was found by AT&T last night around 2030 and implemented.

We are experiencing a similar issue today that may or may not be related to the issue we had yesterday.

We will update you as soon as we know more, but wanted to make sure everyone knew what was going on as it is still not resolved.
