ATTENTION PLEASE
WHAT'S HAPPENING Thursday, Jan 30st, 2020 at 7:00 pm

  *   Beginning at 7pm TONIGHT the phone number that sends RSA SMS (text message) tokens will change.
  *   This is due to a change with how mobile carriers are attempting to combat Robocalls and SMS spam.
HOW DOES THIS AFFECT ME?

  *   If you are enrolled in Public Safety RSA SMS (text) On-Demand token service you will receive your token from a new number.
  *   RSA SMS (text) tokens will come from the new number: 1-844-273-5815
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME?

  *   Nothing is required by the end-user.  If you receive RSA tokens via SMS (text message) the phone number will change.
  *   If you do not receive RSA tokens via SMS this change will not impact you.

HOW DO I GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT?
*         If something should become an issue after the change please contact the CTM Service Desk (974-4357), or submit a [cid:image003.jpg at 01D5909D.0A8D1120] <https://atx.service-now.com/sp>  request for assistance.
