PSPM will be pushing out new "Ramped Tones" to all fire stations.
How does this affect users?
Users may experience intermittent interruption of alerting. The aforementioned is very unlikely, but must be noted in the event of a brief loss of service.
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
To implement Lifesaver tones in all fire stations.
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME?
Notify stations of change.
HOW DO I GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT?
