Tomorrow morning we are taking MDC’s offline temporarily to update several files on the mobile servers. A script during our recent upgrade didn’t run properly leading to some of the routing and street direction issues all agencies experienced. Fire is scheduled to be off line from 0855-0905. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It will once again be very important that all users accept any updates to the MDC and re-start the application after doing so.

What’s happening Friday, August 30th 2013 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. – VisiNet Mobile Fix
TriTech will replace required files to fix the issue with the VisiNET Mobiles Servers


How does this affect users?
Beginning at 8:30 a.m., TriTech will initiate the required fix to the mobile servers by replacing specific files to update the servers to the 4.5.11.3 version.
They will perform these in rolling outages.



·         8:30 – 8:40            MDC01: EMS

·         8:45 – 8:55            MDC02: TCSO

·         8:55 – 9:05            MDC03: AFD

·         9:05 – 9:15            MDC04: APD



What’s required of me?

·         Notify affected users

·         Implement your agency’s scheduled CAD mobile maintenance business continuity plan.

·         Identify a point of contact for your agency; include their telephone number.
