[Dispatch] FW: CAD/VisiNet Mobile

CAD is back on-line. All MDC's (ENG, LAD, RES, BT, BC, etc.) need to accept updates and then install them before logging into mobile. This step is critical for proper functionality. Once you have installed all updates you should see that you have version 4.5.11.4670.0. Please turn in a COMM service request if you have a problem.
