[Dispatch] CAD Upgrade 8/27

On Tuesday, August 27th  at approximately 0300 CAD will be taken offline for a major upgrade.  This upgrade is expected to take approximately 15 hours.  MDC functions will be offline, CAD paging will be offline, VisiNet Browser will be down, all alerting will be manual, and all status will be by radio.

Please take note of all call information upon dispatch to minimize the necessity of contacting Dispatch for a repeat of the information.  Limiting non-essential movement from the station during this time helps simplify the tracking of resources throughout the city and county.
