[Dispatch] East Travis County Radio Issues 10-21-23 2pm update

Radio Shops has increased the coverage capacity in the eastern part of the county by bring up a GLO site. This has significantly improved radio communication. Some users however are still experiencing digitized audio inside certain buildings.

I will provide updates as they become available.

Issues with digitized audio continue this morning across the eastern parts of the county. Radio Shops and Motorola continue to troubleshoot.

Since around 4pm, users have been experiencing digitized audio issues on transmit.
The Radio Shops is working on the issue. No eta yet on resolution.

The issue seems to be isolated to the Eastern part of the county.

If a radio failure were to occur, users should use 8TAC95D to communicate via a direct radio to radio signal.
