What’s Happening Monday, February 27th, 2023 at 10:00AM – 11:00AM

·         The Austin Fire Department is working with ESO to perform a small maintenance on the ESO interface that auto-generates incidents from the City of Austin’s computer aided dispatch system into ESO RMS.

Why Am I Receiving This?

·         If you are an ESO customer and receive data automatically from the COA CAD system, we share the same interface.

How Does this Affect Me?

  *   You may experience a few moments of delay during the maintenance window while the interface restarts and works to import any waiting incidents into ESO.


  *   This update should not affect you.



  *   ESO will fix a bug that is preventing AFD responses to Cedar Park incidents from automatically importing into AFD’s ESO instance.

What is Required of Me?
·         Nothing is required, this is for informational purposes only.

How Do I Report Issues?

  *   If you experience any issues with COA CAD imports into your ESO instance after the update, please contact ESO (1-866-766-9471) to report the issue.


     *   Optional: For tracking purposes only, email Jacob Boone (Jacob.Boone at austintexas.gov<mailto:Jacob.Boone at austintexas.gov>) after you have called ESO and provide him with the incident number that was generated with ESO for the interface issue.
