[Dispatch] Road Closures due to flooding

If your ESD has road closures that are impacting the routing of units please send an email to FireCommunications at austintexas.gov<mailto:FireCommunications at austintexas.gov> .We will attempt to adjust the road network in CAD to route units around the area.

Please include the following information:

1.       Address or Block Range.

2.       Street name.

3.       Length of time the roadway is estimated to be closed.

4.       A google map screen shot of the road segment.

5.       Any additional information that would help the dispatchers.
