[Dispatch] MDC's down 12-20-2016 (0400-0800)

B-Shift,

Tuesday, December 20th starting at 0400 CAD will have scheduled maintenance performed.

MDC's will be down starting at 0400. Station alerting will still be functional.

All status will be by radio until the maintenance is completed around 0800.
VisiNet Browser will be intermittently working and unstable for the duration of the upgrade.
RMS may not be getting incidents pushed from CAD at times and the interface with need to be shutdown/restarted after the upgrade.
