All,

VisiNET Browser is currently offline and the issue requires intervention from our Network Administrator team.  After speaking with each agency the consensus is that, as of now, this problem is not critical enough for immediate escalation and that further troubleshooting can resume once the Network Administrators arrive in the office at approximately 8:00am.
