[Dispatch] CAD Assigned Radio Channels

On Tuesday January 21, Dispatch will begin using CAD to select FTAC channels for emergency incidents. The FTAC channel will be assigned in a manner similar to how other units are assigned to incidents. Locution will announce the channel during the initial dispatch. The FTAC channel will be listed in the "FD UNITS" field on MDCs and Dispatch will update the "TAC CHNL" field as soon as time allows.

Since FTAC channels will be treated as units by CAD, they will remain attached to the incident until cleared by Dispatch. Units will need to notify Dispatch when the FTAC channel is no longer needed.
