There is one way to search the case number in VisiNet Browser. You'll need to make sure you format the search field for "Case Number" (see attached image) correctly or it won't return any search results. If you use the "wildcard" symbol (*), you can search for a range of case numbers within the specified date range.

If I enter "ESD03*" (without quotation marks), VisiNet Browser will return all incidents with an ESD3 case number for the date range I specified. If it doesn't return a result, double check the date range to make sure that isn't restricting it too much. If I'm looking for a specific case number, the format is: "ESD03-2013-0000328". This will return the single incident (even though the case number does not actually appear in the comments section of this incident).
