You'll need to make sure you format the search field for "Case Number" (see attached image) correctly or it won’t return any search results. If you use the "wildcard" symbol (*), you can search for a range of case numbers within the specified date range.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>If I enter "ESD03*" (without quotation marks), VisiNet Browser will return all incidents with an ESD3 case number for the date range I specified. If it doesn't return a result, double check the date range to make sure that isn't restricting it too much. If I'm looking for a specific case number, the format is: "ESD03-2013-0000328".
