Please report status by radio to dispatch if this is experienced. If you have a prolonged outage contact fire communications and we will work with you to get things restored.

NetMotion Mobility Upgrade


What's happening on Wednesday, November 28th @ 9:00 a.m.

*         Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 28th, CTECC IT be upgrading NetMotion Mobility to the latest version.

Why are we doing this?

*         The latest version of Mobility contains numerous bug fixes and stability improvements.

How will this affect Mobility VPN users?

*         MDC clients will experience brief interruptions in connectivity while servers are upgraded.  Because of the redundancy built-in to NetMotion, clients will automatically re-connect to another active server.

What's required of me?

*         Although we expect the impact to be minimal, please be prepared to work around loss of Mobility connectivity for MDCs during this maintenance window.
