What’s Happening Tuesday June 18, 2024 9am-12pm – Production EMS ESO Interface Implementation
CTECC Support will perform updates to the *EMS ESO Interface in Primary* as part of the new server implementation. Existing ESO Server will also receive updates to exclude EMS calls once new interface is live.

How does this affect users?

  *   AFD users should not be affected. EMS users may see a slight delay in receiving ePCR call data during server cutover.

What’s required of me?

  *   No requirements from agency users.
