[Dispatch] Locution PCs

The Radio Shop has a list of stations that have Locution PCs offline. They will be sending out multiple teams of people to fire stations to resolve the issue. We understand that all of the ESD stations are offline, so you should plan on them needing to access your Locution PC areas.

They asked me to send this message out wo you were aware they may be coming to your stations.
