[Dispatch] Tellus Hub Down -unknown return to service

Today, the Tellus Hub was disconnected due to issues at the Hub in Williamson County. I currently do not have a timeframe for it to be turned back on. I have already notified the Agencies that would be most affected but with the unknown timeframe for it being down I wanted to send everyone this notice. I will update when I get further information. Request for Williamson County Agencies can still occur if you notify Austin Fire Dispatch of your request.
