WHAT'S HAPPENING: Tuesday, February 22nd (10:00am to 11:00am)

*       Personnel will be upgrading software on three IR sites, Creedmoor, Holman and WR-Singleton Bend.

How does this affect users?

*       There will be a short duration site outage as the site transitions to the new revision software - Creedmoor, Holman and WR-Singleton Bend.

*       Tuesday, February 22nd :
o   Creedmoor - Subscribers in this area may experience a 'Failsoft' event of approximately 10 seconds duration.
o   Holman (Fayette County) - Subscribers in this area may experience a 'Failsoft' event of approximately 10 seconds duration.
o   Western Region - Singleton Bend - Subscribers in this area may experience a 'Failsoft' event of approximately 10 seconds duration.

IF YOU EXPERIENCE RADIO ISSUES, TURN YOUR RADIO OFF AND BACK ON AGAIN.

Why are we doing this?

*       This work is being performed as part of the system upgrade.

What's required of me?

*       Prior to the start of this maintenance, you should advise your agency radio users who are operating within the affected areas that they may encounter problems communicating with dispatch and / or other radio users.
