I was just informed that the Wireless Office was unable to perform the remote access into the Dell MDCs this evening. They have asked that anyone using a Dell MDC contact the Wireless Office (512-972-3200) on Tuesday morning to arrange for this critical security update.

Subject: [Dispatch] MDC Update TODAY from 4pm-11pm

A critical security issue has been identified that requires the installation of a file on the MDC's by the COA Wireless Shop. From 4pm until 11pm today Fire Dispatch will be placing specific units Out of Service for approx. 10 minutes. If you see your unit OOS do not place it back in service. If your unit has been OOS for longer than 15 minutes you can contact me at the number below.
DO NOT CONTACT FIRE DISPATCH DIRECTLY.
