What’s Happening Monday October 21, 2019 1pm-2pm – CAD to ESO interface upgrade

ESO Support will perform critical maintenance on the Production CAD to ESO interface to enhance the security of our connection to their systems.

How does this affect users?
·       At 1:00pm, ESO will begin upgrading their software components.
·       The upgrade should be transparent to end users except for the brief interruption of the near real-time delivery of AFD/EMS CAD data to ESO’s systems… and any queued data will begin processing/backfilling immediately following the upgrade.

What’s required of me?
·       Notify affected users
