WHAT'S HAPPENING For Met 3 Data Center DMZ Configuration and Testing on Tuesday December 10th from 4 am to 7 am.

The Data Center Relocation team will be continuing with configuration and testing of the new perimeter security and DMZ routing at Met 3 Data Center

How does this affect users?

While this work is being performed INTERNAL USERS WILL EXPERIENCE:

Intermittent interruption of internet services, applications that require internet connections, data center applications, DMZ applications, and availability of Austintexas.gov website

Intermittent interruption of VPN services.

While this work is being performed users MAY EXPERIENCE:

APD:  Intermittent loss of phone services.

While this work is being performed EXTERNAL USERS WILL EXPERIENCE:

Intermittent availability of data center applications, DMZ applications, and availability of Austintexas.gov website

Intermittent availability of VPN services.

What's required of me?

Nothing during the maintenance window.
