[Dispatch] MDC Update and Reboot

Changes have been made to the available clear with disposition screen and disposition codes on the MDC.  Updates must be accepted at the station and the laptops rebooted on ALL vehicles with a laptop in it.  With your vehicle in the truck room please reboot your laptop and accept all updates.  Make sure you click on the "Check for Updates NOW" button and install updates until you see the line that says "No files downloaded - Local system is up to date". It is very important that your vehicles be in the truck room.  These updates will NOT download away from the station.  You will not be able to clear calls until you reboot and accept all updates.
