[Dispatch] Wednesday morning Dispatch phone outage

Early Wednesday morning<x-apple-data-detectors://0>, 7/16/2014, from 0100-0400<tel:0100-0400>; the admin phones at Dispatch (the 0400 and 0410 numbers) will be unavailable as the system undergoes maintenance. A temporary number of 512-482-8369<tel:512-482-8369> will be available to reach the dispatch supervisor.

Dispatch will be available by radio and can be reached through 911 if the previously mentioned options are not available
