[Dispatch] Radio Outage

Tonight's radio outage effects the eastern side of Travis County.
I wanted to pass along that dispatch will be monitoring E1 R PS1 (roam back through Bastrop tower) as a fail over channel should anyone not be able to contact dispatch on FCOM N, S, E or W. MDCs should work throughout the evening so messaging is available. I have spoken or traded email with someone from ESD02, 04, 11, and 12. You may always contact us by phone (don't be afraid to dial 911 to get through). ESD 11 & 12 will be monitoring FTAC310 for calls. Please don't use this channel for anything else.

Radio test at midnight on FTAC310 to verify ESD 11 & 12 can be alerted on this channel. ESD02 and 04 have PC Locution for alerting.
