[Dispatch] Complete CAD Outage Tomorrow AM

Tuesday December 17th from 0300 to approximately 0800 CAD will be taken completely offline to perform scheduled maintenance.  All dispatch functions will be manual without CAD assistance (pen and paper).  MDCs will be down and all status will be by radio.

VisiNet Browser is expected to be down until 1300.  Please plan your reporting accordingly.
